Shipping Company

All orders are shipped with Purolator or Purolator Freight.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, order dimensions and order destination. Freight shipping applies to heavy items like desks and large filing cabinets.

Delivery Estimates

Standard ground shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Freight delivery takes 3 to 10 business days.

Inspection Required

Inspect all packages before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the driver's paperwork immediately.

Address Changes

Address changes after an item ships incur extra fees charged by the freight carrier.

Report Damage

Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and product.

Lost Packages

Contact us if your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the item. We will open a claim with the carrier.
